Moving towards an international network of excellence, MU Vienna is pleased to announce the extension of its overseas university partnerships, having signed agreements with Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia as well as with University of Central Florida in Orlando, USA. Both institutions are leaders in the field of tourism and hospitality education and research.

As a multi-campus university in and around Melbourne, Victoria University offers international students a complete educational, lifestyle and cultural experience. The School of Hospitality, Tourism and Marketing is a leading provider of courses in Tourism, Hotel Management, Event Management and Marketing and offers programs from Bachelor to PhD level. The University was awarded the Australian Tourism Award for Excellence in the Education and Training category in 2000 and in 2005/06.

The University of Central Florida is considered one of the most dynamic universities in the country and the Rosen College of Hospitality Management is renowned as one of the leading providers of hospitality management education worldwide. Located in Orlando, Florida, numerous opportunities of applied studies are provided on the doorstep. This is also reflected in the extensive course offerings and their internationally valued degrees.

The current arrangements allow students of either institution to study abroad with full credit acceptance. Furthermore, faculty of both institutions will engage in collaborative research and may exchange staff members to take advantage of individual expertise.
