The Changing Macro-Environment for Tourism and Hospitality

The topic of the next appointment with MODUL University Vienna seminars deals with one of the most recurrent questions these days: how is the economic macro-environment changing?

Our guest speaker, Prof. Perry Hobson, will comment trends, shifts and fade for the tourism and hospitality industry.

Prof. Hobson is Associate Professor within the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Southern Cross University and Director of the International Centre of Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education (THE-ICE). He has a variety of research interests, and has been listed as being amongst the world's top 50 tourism researchers.

The seminar will take place exeptionally on Monday May 11, 2009 from 2.45 p.m.

The seminar is open to students and to the staff of MU Vienna, as well as to the public (for the latter, registration is required).
