Website: http://trc.aiest.orgThe Tourist Research Center (TRC), in co-operation with MODUL University Vienna, has just launched its new website which aims to foster collaboration among its members in an online environment. TRC and MODUL University Vienna jointly developed and implemented this first online representation to create visibility of the club of tourism researchers and consultants.
The Tourist Research Center is a platform to exchange experience, confer and discuss research in tourism.TRC's mission is to promote exchange of research experience in tourism and to foster co-operation among its members.
Members work in higher education and in other centres, as independent researchers and consultants and share a common interest in a wide spectrum of tourism research.
TRC and its members are closely connected to AIEST (International Association of Scientific Experts in Tourism) and thus launched its online presence under the umbrella of AIEST.org.
Besides TRC, MODUL University Vienna has established ties to number of partners in the industry, a network of agreements with academic partners and affiliations to other important public players.
