European Culinary Tourism Conference, March 3rd and 4th, Vienna

MU staff member and recent graduate Sandra Staniek will present her bachelor thesis study at the European Culinary Tourism Conference hosted by the FH Wien on March 3rd and 4th.  In her study, Sandra analyzed the culinary offerings at Kahlenberg and by application of a choice model identified the preferred product characteristics for this tourist destination.  Sandra will be accompanied by her thesis supervisors Prof. Ivo Ponocny and Florian Aubke.
