Managing People and Teams
This course will introduce students to major concepts and issues in managing individuals, groups, and organizations. The topics covered include individual differences, motivation, job satisfaction, leadership, work and job design, conflict resolution, and change management. The course will emphasize experiential learning; thus, participants should expect frequent role playing and group exercises during the course.
