- Peter Fürnkranz studied business administration, marketing and tourism at the University of Economics Vienna and is currently Project Manager in charge of the development of new destinations for CUBE. When he joined CUBE as managing director, he was responsible for the brand development, product management, market research as well as marketing and sales and pre-openings of the CUBE Hotels. Prior to this, Peter Fürnkranz worked for the Karthago Reisen, Club Med, Austrian Airlines und ITAS/Lauda Tours. In 1992 he started as assistant to the Director General of Austrian National Travel Agency Corporation and was soon appointed Managing Director of Vienna International Hotels & Resorts, later Managing Director of Blue Danube Schifffahrt GmbH und then General Manager of Austria Trend Hotels & Resorts as well as authorized signatory of Austrian National Travel Agency Corporation. Peter Fürnkranz is a member of the board of Club Tourismus since 2009.
