Celebrating MU's first Graduates


Last Tuesday, the 21st of April, MODUL University Vienna awarded its first 6 graduates with a postgraduate degree. KR Brigitte Jank, President of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce and Industries, was present herself and took care of awarding Austria's first Alumni with a joint degree of a public and private University.

The Professional MBA program in Tourism Management has been developed in cooperation with the Executive Academy of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU), one of Europe’s leading business schools. This joint venture guarantees that academic studies are pursued at the highest level while maintaining business relevance.

President KR Jank: "We congratulate MODUL University Vienna for its first graduates. In less than 2 years, the campus at mount "Kahlenberg" was able to develop international recognition through its continuous strive for academic excellence."

The six graduates are the following - Petra Maria Herbst (Austria), Alain Achutegui Nunez (Spain/Venezuela), Ebtesam Ali A Al-Zayer (Saudi Arabia), Cristina Iona Huber (Rumania), Kristina Valeria Kirilova (Bulgaria) and Evelin Tsirk (Estonia) - have professional work experience and will definitely receive a boost in their careers.
