- Short Bio
- Elisabeth Kaiser studied Law at the University of Vienna and Change Management at the Danube University Krems. She lectures Intercultural Communication at MODUL University Vienna as well as Change Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Wiener Neustadt where she also teaches Corporate Culture in the master program in Strategic Security Management. Elisabeth is a certified Executive Coach as well as a certified Business and Public Mediator. Her extensive professional experience includes work with the Austrian parliament, a regional court, and the Austrian People’s Party (ÖVP) for which she facilitated the party’s internal communication and strategy. Since 2004, Elisabeth has been leading the consulting company Agentur für Veränderungsmanagement.
