New Media Business Plans and Intellectual Property Rights
This course provides an understanding and a basis to create, structure and protect values within New Media Business Models. By the time the student has successfully finished this course, he/she is able to define what new and old media actually means, to assess the commercial and legal consequences of the use of different forms of new media – also in an international context - and to successfully negotiate contracts with regard this topic. Furthermore, students learn a structured approach to transform ideas into a business plan for Venture Capital orientated financing decisions.
