Change Management

Course content are state-of-the-art approaches towards change management. In this course, students will analyze the forces that drive organizations to change, examine impediments to change, and survey a range of approaches for making organizational change more effective. The course focuses on the process of implementing change as the key facet and fundamental challenge in managing organizational change.

By participating in this course students will be able to:

  • Gain an understanding of how organizational change is achieved
  • Enhance personal capabilities and abilities to navigate change in our lives
  • The course aims at developing students’ understanding of change processes and provides them with practical skills for managing and leading change.
