Organizational Learning
This course will give an overview of the most important approaches to organizational learning from different disciplines. Participants are guided to compare these approaches critically. In addition, younger approaches to Personal Information Management will be introduced. This will allow an informed discussion about the pros and cons of the organizational versus individual perspective to approach organizational and community learning.
