e-Government
After successful completion of this course students will be able to describe e-government and identify key e-government terms. Throughout the course students will be asked to compare and contrast successful and unsuccessful e-government initiatives while recognizing various types of e-government offers. The outcome is for students to establish a strong understanding of the relevance of Web 2.0 to e-government efforts and be able to critically assess emerging e-government efforts to determine their validity and potential impact.

Her areas of interest include: information technology planning; electronic government; survey methodology; wireless technologies; and business process reengineering. |
