With more than 30 Years of experience in training, coaching and management consultancy the topics of team development, conflict management, project management and leadership became the main focus of my services within the last 15 years.
Part of my background is also my experience as a manger of a small enterprise, as a manager of national and international research projects, and as a manger of complexe programmes and platforms on behalf of public authorities.
