Welcome to the Student Service Center!

Once a student has been accepted, the Student Service Center is a student's first point of contact at MU and provides all sorts of essential services – with a smile!

Students come to the SSC for:

• Official documents needed by Austrian authorities like transcripts, confirmation of studies/enrollment
• University forms such as credit transfers or special consideration
• Help with visas/residence permits, accommodation, student health insurance and “settling-in” essentials
• Information about Academic Exchanges (BBA)
• The latest on uni events, extracurricular and volunteer opportunities
• Any question they don’t know whom to ask

Opening Hours for Students:

Monday to Thursday: 10h-12h and 13h - 16h; Friday: 10h - 12h

Students are always welcome to make appointments to visit the SSC outside the opening hours.
