Participation conditions for Facebook Raffle „Study Business Class“

Persons must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible. In case of conflicting applicable laws regarding eligibility or age limits for participation in online contests, the respective national laws apply. A precondition for participating in the contest is that eligible participants are fans of the contest site. Participation is not dependent on product purchase or use of a service from MODUL University Vienna.

The participant accepts liability that no third-party rights will be infringed upon. Violent, sexist, pornographic or discriminatory content may not be posted online and can be removed at any time without warning. The contest can be terminated at any time without forewarning by MODUL University Vienna. MODUL University Vienna reserves the right to delete any uploaded information without stating the reason.

Contact information will be used exclusively for “Study Business Class” contest purposes and future newsletter mailings and will not be given to a third party.

The contest runs from May 18 until June 17, 2011; Once
a user has successfully filled his Facebook-plane with 16 friends, he/she will receive an email with a confirmation that he/she participates at the raffle. The winner will be chosen by a draw and all participants informed of the result via email.  The winner will be publicized according to their current or most recent Facebook nickname and profile photo on the official MODUL University Vienna website (if available). Communication with the winners shall be addressed to the email address they provide. The winner has to reply via email to study_business_class@modul.ac.at within a time frame of 3 days. Winners are responsible for providing complete contact details.

Employees of MODUL University Vienna and their relatives are forbidden from taking part in the contest. The prize will not be substituted with cash. All taxes, dues and fees related to the prize winnings are to be paid by the winner. The Business Class Tickets prize resulting from the draw can be used exclusively for one of the 31 destinations (from Vienna) specified in the contest. Legal recourse is prohibited and no legal correspondence regarding the contest is possible.

Teilnahmebedingungen Facebook Gewinnspiel„Study Business Class“

Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Personen ab Vollendung des 18. Lebensjahres. Im Falle andersgültiger, gesetzlicher Regelungen für Altersbegrenzungen zur Teilnahmeberechtigung an Online-Gewinnspielen gelten die jeweils nationalen Gesetzbestimmungen.

Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist, dass alle teilnahmeberechtigen User Fan der Gewinnspiel-Siteweren. Die Teilnahme ist unabhängig von dem Kauf eines Produkts oder der Inanspruchnahme einer Dienstleistung der MODUL University Vienna. 

Der Teilnehmer haftet dafür, dass keine Rechte Dritter verletzt werden. Gewaltverherrlichende, sexistische, pornographische sowie diskriminierende Inhalte dürfen nicht online gestellt werden und können ohneAngaben von Gründen jederzeit entfernet werden. Das Gewinnspiel kann jederzeit ohne vorherige Ankündigung von Seiten der MODUL University Vienna beendet werden. MODUL University Vienna behält sich das Recht vor, ohne Angaben von Gründen hochgeladene Informationen zu löschen.

Die Kontaktdaten werden ausschließlich zur Abwicklung des Gewinnspieles „Study Business Class“ und für zukünftige Newsletter-Mailings verwendet; eine Weitergabe dieser Daten an Dritte findet nicht statt.

Das Gewinnspiel läuft vom 16. Mai bis 17. Juni 2011. Sobald ein User sein Flugzeug erfolgreich mit 16 Freunden in Facebook gefüllt hat, erhält er/sie eine Email als Bestätigung, dass er/sie am Gewinnspiel
teilnehmen kann. Die Gewinner werden via Ziehung allerteilnehmenden Email-Adressen ermittelt.Die Gewinner werden mit ihrem aktuellen letztgültigen Facebook Nickname und Profilfoto (sofern vorhanden) auf der offiziellen Website der MODUL University Vienna veröffentlicht. Die Verständigung der Gewinnererfolgt an die von Ihnen angegebene E-Mail-Adresse. Der Gewinner hat sich innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Verständigung schrifltich via Emal an study_business_class@modul.ac.at zu wenden. Die Gewinner sind für die Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit ihrer Kontaktangaben verantwortlich.

Mitarbeiter der MODUL University Vienna und deren Angehörige sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen. Die Gewinne werden nicht in bar abgelöst. Alle mit dem Gewinn eventuell verbundenen Steuern, Abgaben und Gebühren tragen die Gewinner.Der Gewinn des verlosten Business Class Tickets ist ausschließlich für die im Gewinnspiel genannten 31 Destinationen ab Wien einzulösen. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen; über das Gewinnspiel kann kein Schriftverkehr geführt werden.
