Bachelor Requirements by Country

Bachelor entry requirements for students from International Schools:
For direct entry to our Bachelor degree programs, we usually require students from International Schools to have successfully completed their secondary education and hold a School Leaving Certificate/ High School Leaving Certificate

IB Diploma:

For direct entry the student must provide an IB Diploma (min. 24 points) with Math Studies score of minimum 5 points, a Math Standard Level score of minimum 4 points, Analysis and Approaches SL minimum 4 points or HL minimum 3 points, Applications and Interpretation SL minimum 4 points or HL minimum 3 points. In case the math score is lower than the required points the student must complete our Math Foundation course.

American program: 

The student must complete a High School Leaving Certificate with a minimum GPA score of 3.0. Additionally we require either:

• 4 APs (including math and a language) or
• SAT test result with minimum 1100 points (new test) or 1500 points (old test). 
• ACT 6 courses min. 22 points

British program: 

The student must complete 3 A levels (GCE) or a relevant BTEC, including mathematics and a language at GCSE level (grade 4 or above), to be eligible to apply to Modul University Vienna.

Bachelor English Test Requirements:
All candidates must provide proof of English proficiency level B2. We accept the following certificates:

Exceptions will only be considered for students who are English natives or have completed their high school education entirely in English at recognized International Schools following American, British, or IB curricula.

For direct entry to our Bachelor degree programs, we usually accept the Apolytirio of a Lykio with Vevaiosi Symmetochis, with at least 10,000 points. If the subjects from the high school diploma are not related to the Bachelor program, the candidate will be required to do one of our Foundation Programs first.

Candidates holding the Apolytirio Omadas A or B of An Epangelmatiko Lykio with Vevaios are required to follow one of our Foundation Programs to be admitted to our Bachelor programs.

Applicants with an equivalent nationally recognized school leaving certificate are invited to apply and will be assessed on an individual basis.

Admission to our Foundation and Bachelor Programs usually requires students to have successfully completed their secondary education: Lise Diplomasi (since 2011) in conjunction with the proof of passing the Turkish university entrance examination. 

Students with a diploma from the Anatolischen Imam-Hatip-Oberschulen (Anadolu Imam Hatip Lisesi) are considered as having the equivalent of an Austrian school leaving certificate and do not need to complete the foundation program.
