MU Vienna celebrates launch of the MU Startup Hub's FAB Accelerator

The MU Startup Hub and MODUL University Vienna are pleased to announce the official launch of the FAB Accelerator. Six food and beverage based startups were successful in their applications to be part of the first intake of aspiring businesses into the brand new startup accelerator here at MU Vienna.
The FAB Accelerator (which stands for Food and Beverage), offers innovative businesses the chance to work closely with the MU Startup Hub, its industry partners as well as MODUL University Vienna. Participants are provided with office space on our Kahlenberg campus as well as access to expert training sessions and networking events.
The six startups welcomed on campus aim solve a wide variety of problems, from creating a sustainable chewing gum to bringing insect based snacks into the supermarket mainstream. The MU Startup Hub and MODUL University Vienna are pleased to introduce:

The MU Startup Hub acts as a home to selected startups in the food and beverage, hospitality and service industries. These startups do not necessarily have to be students of MU Vienna. By working in collaboration with expert industry partners, MU is able to boost ideas and products to a proof-of-concept stage. Situated on an international university campus surrounded by two restaurants, a hotel and a bustling tourist area nearby, the MU Startup hub acts as a ready made playground to test products and concepts.
