Are you ready for Orientation Spring 2023?
All the information regarding the Orientation Week in Spring 2023 will be sent to you via email. Please keep an eye on the MU emails for any important communication (including the spam inbox!). We look forward to welcoming you on campus!
During the mandatory Orientation, you can expect various sessions about your academic sucess, course registration, your possibilities as well as your well-being as a student at Modul University. You will not only meet and get to know staff and faculty but also interact with your fellow students and make new friends during fun social events.
Modul University's Orientation is mandatory for all new students and a great opportunity to get aquainted with the university, the beautiful city of Vienna and most importantly your fellow students, staff and faculty. The week is filled with informative sessions and fun events. Due to covid, an online orientation option is available as well.

Original copies of:
- Passport High School Leaving Certificate Proof of proficiency in English (if necessary)
- Your social security number (Austrian citizens only)
- Your postal address in Vienna
- 20 EUR for your university key deposit

Extra cash for orientation evening events
Extra cash for the MU shop (MU hoodies, water bottles, backpacks & more)
For those students who sent in a photo prior to orientation or took a photo during Orientation, your photo ID will be given to you during Orientation Week. Online students can receive their ID from the SSCC at a later date. All official documents will be issued during Orientation for those present. Confirmation documents can also be requested from Online Campus once you have logged into your student account.
