The course is designed as an introduction to business law. The overall aim of this course is not to create lawyers but rather for the students to attain basic knowledge of the different fields of law as they relate to business.
The course is designed as an introduction to EU law. The course starts with a presentation of the basic concepts of European law, followed by the historical background of the EU and its institutional structure as well as a cursory overview of the common market including competition rules and procedural rules/enforcement.
