- process-oriented project management approach
- initiation process
- project charger and project boundaries
Learning Objectives
Students will develop an understanding of the key concepts and principles of methods and instruments for structured planning of a project according to international standardized methodology. The use of this instrument leads to a better basis for steering a project and bringing it to a successful end.
