Learning Outcomes
The aim of this course is to develop students’ understanding of the key concepts and principles in using methods and instruments for a structured planning of a project according to an international standardized methodology. The use of this instruments lead to a better basis for controlling of a project and bring it to a successful end.
- To successfully complete this course students must:
- Attend the e-learning modules (approx. 45 minutes each) upfront and after the course
- Attend the course
- Participate in group works
- Develop a documentation of project plan within a group
