Storytelling and Branding creating memorable experiences became an important task for hotels, destination marketing organizations, restaurants, sights and many more players in the tourism value creation network. Pictures taken by tourists and memories mentioned through posts on social media sites provide us with an approximation of what is memorable in service consumption. With tools like storytelling, blue printing and design science at large there is a repository of instruments students can apply to put experience design into practice. This course will focus on a hands on example of experience the students will dive into and develop a script of an ideal experience.
