The aim of this course is to develop students’ understanding of the key concepts and principles of hospitality services valorizing corporate real estate and vice versa new functions (co-working e.g.) valorizing hotels.
To successfully complete this course students must:
- Recognize social, economic and technological trends
- Identify new business opportunities for hospitality services when fusing/merging with other functions
- Take first steps to implement the business ideas consequent, based on an understanding of own personal capabilities and interests
