Wolfgang is an experienced building scientist and renewable energy consultant with a Masters of Science in Building Technology and Management from the University of Applied Sciences Pinkafeld, Austria. Wolfgang also has a business education with a Masters Degreen in International Business Consultancy from the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt, Austria.
He worked as an Associate Research Specialist at the Center for the Built Environment (CBE), University of California, Berkeley and was cited by the California Energy Commission Public Interest Energy Research (PIER) program. Wolfgang has worked as the Division Manager for the Sustainability department at DELTA Projektconsult GmbH, a leading European architecture and consulting firm in Vienna, Austria. He also worked as an application engineer launching renewable energy products and building control products for REHAU in South East Europe.
Wolfgang provides consulting services through his companies in California, United States and Vienna, Austria with a special focus on energy efficiency, facility management and IoT technologies in the built environment and its related content within smart cities. His companies target institutional and commercial building owners and operators. He is certified as a LEED AP, DNGB sustainability auditor, BREEAM Assessor and he is a Certified Energy Auditor with the Association of Energy Engineers.
Wolfgang speaks German, English, Russian and Portuguese and lives with his wife and two kids in Vienna, Austria.
