New joint-degree with BOKU in Sustainable Development and Management

In partnership with the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna (BOKU), MODUL University Vienna is pleased to offer a unique joint-degree MBA in the field of sustainability.

The MBA in Sustainable Development and Management combines the state-of-the-art business and management skills of MODUL University Vienna with the internationally recognized BOKU expertise in environmental science and ecology. Unique in Austria, this brand new part-time MBA Joint Degree in Sustainable Development and Management is available as a study program at the BOKU and MU for post-graduate training on the cutting edge of sustainability. Due to the close cooperation and seamless integration of teaching content, graduates obtain a joint degree from both universities.

MBA Dean Prof. Harvey Goldstein of MODUL University Vienna highlights the excellent education profile of future MBA graduates: "This postgraduate joint degree combines in-depth business and management issues with concepts and expertise from industry, governance, sociology, ecology and environmental sciences. The MBA program is designed as part-time, and is targeted at professionals who wish to take up positions in international organizations, NGOs, and private companies. Due to the global relevance of the topic, the increasing global connectivity, and the strong international orientation of the content, the program is taught entirely in English. The study duration is between 18 and 24 months, with blocked classes held several days a month at MODUL University Vienna on Kahlenberg hill. During their studies, MBA students will receive a sound business education associated with interdisciplinary environmental and sustainability issues.
