André Felker has been an entrepreneur since 2003 and is currently co-founding a platform venture, focusing on the convergence of digital & electrical transformation. He also joined Braintribe as an Interim-CMO in January 2019 and serves as a Strategic Advisor to Kreisel Electric's Management Board. André was part of this global management board until YE 2018 being responsible for Kreisel’s brand strategy with a co-lead in business development for over 1,5 years. Before selling his shares in 2017, he headed up Serviceplan Group Austria, the lead-agency of various major brands, as CEO and shareholder from 2011 onwards. As a multi-entrepreneur, André successfully founded various companies such as the full-service advertising agency SIEBEN (Newcomer Agency of the Year 2004) which he ran as CEO before selling its majority to Serviceplan Group (Europe’s Nr. 1 owner managed agency group) in 2011. Prior, he served as Head of Strategic Marketing at Siemens Austria & CEE (until 2003), as Head of Advertising at A1Telekom (until 2000) and as an Account Director at Ogilvy in Budapest, then in London and finally in Vienna. André - fluent in German, Hungarian and English - is member of various advisory boards such as United Smart Cities / United Nations, studied business administration in Vienna and holds an MBA degree.
Markus Gaggl was born in Upper Austria and already at an early age showed an active interest in manufacturing industries and technologies. In 2003, he began his career with an apprenticeship program as production technician at voestalpine AG in Linz. After the apprenticeship program he served as production planner at voestalpine Grobblech GmbH and attended the extra-occupational higher technical school with the main focus on Mechanical Engineering and Construction at the Technical College Steyr. From 2011 to 2014 Markus Gaggl attended an extra-occupational bachelor degree programme with the main focus on international Marketing and Sales Management at the University of Applied Sciences Campus02 in Graz. After that he joined RUBBLE MASTER HMH GmbH as a Product Manager in 2014 and became Head of Product Management in 2017. From 2015 to 2017 Markus Gaggl attended an extra-occupational Masters degree program with the focus on Digital Marketing & Sales Management at the University of Applied Sciences WKW Vienna. In April 2018 he joined TGW Logistics Group in the role of the Digital Entrepreneur, where he is currentily responsible for setting up a corporate Start-up initiative with a strong focus on new digital Business Models, Products and Services. During his young career he already gained more than fifteen years of experience in the manufacturing industry, more specifically in Operations Management, Product Management and Digitalisation and holds a BA degree in international Marketing & Sales Management and a MSc degree in Digital Marketing & Sales Management.
Peter Gutschi is an executive leadership person with close to 30 years of extraordinary breadth and depth global experience; served as VP- and SVP in Operations-, Procurement- and Supply Chain, as well as Managing Director and Member of the Board in high tech OEM- and EMS- corporations, such as Flex, AGM, Philips, Adcon with a reputable track record in creating smart-, real time business solutions, consulting and facilitating mergers & acquisitions at corporate level, leading post-merger integrations, driving technology- and innovation sourcing with integrated operations and supply chain strategies based on digital platforms, robotization and collaborative innovations; most recently Managing Partner at VCombinator.
Michael Polzler is the Managing Director and Owner of RE/MAX Ontario Atlantic and RE/MAX Europe. Under his guidance RE/MAX Ontario Atlantic grew and over time he became the industry leader in the Ontario Atlantic real estate market. He was asked frequently to speak at industry events ranging from groups of 100-4,000 participants. He wrote articles and participated in video shoots to spread brand awareness, address challenges in the real estate industry, striving to build a network of real estate professionals that were just as passionate about serving their clients. Eventually he became a partial owner in the business and his intensity and passion for growth and development grew even more. The Ontario Atlantic region started receiving the RE/MAX Region of the Year award, given to the top performing region each year from around the world. The region now has almost 20,000 sales associates with over 350 offices.
Uwe J. Umlauff is Director of Steinbeis Transfer Institute Innovation & Business Creation in Munich, an institute of the Steinbeis University Berlin with focus on entrepreneurship, start-up innovations, and the convergence of technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, cyber sec, virtual & augmented reality, and industrial internet of things. Steinbeis International Network is a technology transfer company under the umbrella of a foundation based in Stuttgart, Germany, with more than 1,000 research and tech transfer centers in 60+ countries. Uwe is a serial entrepreneur, portfolio investor and leisure time database coder with more than 25 years work experience in founding, consulting, financing and internationalizing companies, mainly in the DACH/CEE region and in media, real estate & ICT business. He´s is author of several books and articles on entrepreneurship and business administration. Moreover, he´s co-founder and chairman of the City of Blockchain, a joint initiative with a view to promote distributed ledger technologies mainly in the context of smart city agendas. Uwe holds a master degree in business administration and information systems.
