The study undertaken by Lidija Lalicic analyzed online reviews from hotels, restaurants and popular tourist sights using the theory of brand personality. Various significant differences between the service settings are demonstrated as well as their effects on the overall rating scale.

The talks were well received by the staff and were a good opportunity for our Master level students to present their work in an informal lecture setting. This is not the first time MODUL University Vienna has worked closely with online companies to share information between academia and the start-up scene. To celebrate the launch of the new Major in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Leadership MU Vienna hosted an evening of entrepreneurial experiences and networking.
