Dr. Zeeshan Hamid's research focus sits on the intersection of human resource management (HRM), organizational behavior, and organizational psychology. His current and recent publications focus on HRM practices, leadership, and employees' work-related attitudes, behaviors, and well-being. His research has been published in journals such as, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Management Decision, Evidence-based HRM, and Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Administration, among others.
