Support Made Simple

Just next to the entrance, you’ll find the new Student Success Hub Office - your go-to place for quick support and answers. Representatives from various departments are available there to assist you with any urgent or general student related questions throughout your journey at Modul University Vienna.

Service Hours

  • Core Hours: 10:00 - 15:00 (during lecture weeks)

  • Lunch Break: 12:45 - 13:15

  • Appointments are also available outside of the core hours
  • Specialized services like visa or exchange by appointment only

Academic Office

The Academic Office (ACO) serves students, staff, and faculty regarding a wide variety of university administrative matters. Students are welcome to contact the ACO for assistance with: 
  • Course scheduling and curriculum planning 
  • Guidance on university rules and policies 
  • Requests for records, documents, and transcripts 
  • Support for international students and exchange programs 
  • Graduation services 

Students are encouraged to meet with their assigned Program Manager once per semester. If you have any questions, or need any assistance, please contact your assigned Program Manager for an appointment or drop by the Student Hub.

Online Forms For Students

Student Accounting

The Student Accounting Office supports students in all matters related to tuition, fees, billing, and financial transactions. Students are welcome to contact the office for assistance with: 
  • Tuition and fee billing, payment plans, and account inquiries 
  • Issuance of invoices, account statements, and payment confirmations 
  • Coordination of refunds 
  • Guidance on payment deadlines, policies, and financial holds 
Students are encouraged to review their student accounts regularly.  
Visa Support operates from the same desk at the Student Hub. Students may approach the desk for assistance with visa-related matters:
  • Visa and residence permit requirements for new and continuing student 
  • Step-by-step support with first-time applications, renewals, and document preparation 
  • Review of checklists, financial proof requirements, and supporting documentation 
  • Coordination with local authorities and clarification of application timelines 
  • Assistance with address registration, health insurance requirements, and official notifications

IT Services

IT support for students is provided by the Information Systems and Services (ISS) department. The department is responsible for: 
  • Access to Campus Wi-Fi
  • Access to Microsoft 365, CampusNet and Moodle platforms
  • VPN access to digital library resources
  • Maintenance of classroom computers, audio and video
  • Account password resets
  • Access to campus printers
  • General IT-related troubleshooting
Students are welcome to drop by the Student Success Hub for support with any of the above. 

Where to Find the Student Success Hub

Ground Floor O

After entering the building from the main entrance, the student success hub will be right around the corner when turning to the left.

The office will be open during core opening hours ever day during lecture weeks and appointments can be made when it is not open.
