Nanjing University

In early 2016, Modul University Vienna embarked on an innovative educational collaboration with Nanjing Tech University Pujiang Institute. Recognizing the growing demand among Chinese students for an internationally recognized tourism degree, Modul School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Nanjing was established. 

 

Under a cooperative agreement, Modul University Vienna and Nanjing Tech University Pujiang Institute a dual-degree Bachelor program in Hospitality and Tourism Management. This program holds accreditation from both the Chinese Ministry of Education and the Agency for Quality Assurance and Accreditation Austria (AQ Austria).

The curriculum incorporates courses covering operations, culinary arts, restaurant and service management, hotel management, as well as personal development and business communications. All courses are delivered in English by an international faculty comprising experienced educators from around the world.

Hong Kong Polytechnic University

As part of our International Mobility Programs, students may extend their studies to 4 years by participating in a dual-degree track with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Ranked as the best in Hospitality and Tourism Management by the Shanghai Ranking 2023), earning two internationally recognized Bachelor´s degrees from two prestigious institutions.

Upon completion of only 4 years of studies, students will be able to be awarded two degrees from two continents:
1. BBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management

2. BSc (Hons) in Hotel and Tourism Management

New york city college of technology

Students complete their practical training year in New York City, gaining valuable hands-on experience in one of the world´s most iconic tourism and hospitality hubs, in collaboration with the CUNY Hospitality Management Department at New York City College of Technology in Brooklyn.

During their stay, students engage in courses focusing on culinary arts, food safety, and beverage management, acquiring practical skills essential for a professional setting. Additional courses cover areas like facility design, lodging operations, and dining room management, providing a comprehensive understanding of running a hospitality business.
