In a significant step toward strengthening academic and cultural ties, Collegium Hungaricum Vienna and Modul University Vienna officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding yesterday, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership between the two institutions.
The agreement sets the foundation for enhanced collaboration in cultural exchange, academic cooperation, and community engagement. It outlines joint efforts in hosting events such as exhibitions, film screenings, workshops, and cultural programs aimed at fostering dialogue and interaction between their academic communities.
With Modul University’s modern campus on Kahlenberg and Collegium Hungaricum’s centrally located facilities, the partnership promises dynamic venues for a wide range of shared initiatives. The collaboration will also support increased mobility for students and faculty, offering immersive learning and teaching experiences across both institutions.
The signing ceremony, held in Vienna, was attended by key representatives, scholarship recipients, and dignitaries, including Hungarian Ambassador Edit Szilágyiné Bátorfi, underscoring the importance of this milestone. Both institutions expressed their commitment to contributing to Vienna’s vibrant international academic and cultural landscape through this new alliance.
