6-day curriculum overview

Each day integrates theory, simulation, and structured feedback

Foundations of International Relations & Global Strategy

You will explore the shifting global order, multipolarity, and regulatory fragmentation, and examine how these dynamics influence corporate expansion decisions. A boardroom-style “CEO for a Day” simulation challenges teams to defend international expansion strategies under geopolitical uncertainty.

Venture Capital & International Expansion

You will analyze how investors assess cross-border risk, examine valuation logic and term sheets, and understand how geopolitical exposure affects deal structure and investor confidence. Teams begin developing their own market entry strategies.

Multilateral & Cross-Cultural Negotiation

Through a large-scale EU–US–China electric vehicle tariff negotiation simulation, you will experience multilateral diplomacy in practice. The session focuses on power asymmetries, coalition-building, trust across cultures, and strategic compromise.

Vienna Field Day: Diplomacy & Business in Practice

Vienna is home to more than 40 international organizations and serves as a major European diplomacy hub. During institutional visits and company engagements, you will observe how regulation, governance, and business intersect in real-world settings.

Personal Leadership & Strategic Positioning

You will refine your leadership approach through a Founder vs. Manager simulation, media training modules, and structured personality-based feedback. The day concludes with the development of your individual global value statement.

Executive Presence & Final Capstone

The program culminates in a real-world market entry challenge provided by a partner organization. Working in teams, you will develop and present a Strategic Expansion Pitch from assigned leadership roles in a simulated board-level review session.

Capstone challenge

The final highlight of the program is a live capstone project inspired by a real market expansion challenge from a partner company.

In teams, students assume leadership roles within the organization and craft a Strategic Expansion Pitch, navigating geopolitical tensions, regulatory constraints, and investor expectations in a simulated boardroom setting.
