Research
My research examines the relationship between ideology, statecraft, and international order, with a particular focus on the strategic and normative foundations of Western power. I explore how moral and cultural transformations within liberal democracies shape their capacity to project influence and sustain coherent grand strategies in an era of geopolitical flux. My work spans U.S. foreign policy, the evolution and crisis of the liberal international order, and the political economy of security, including energy and technological domains. Publications have appeared in International Affairs, The Journal of Strategic Studies, and other leading journals, as well as in policy reports for institutions such as RUSI, the Legatum Institute, and the Danube Institute. More recent research investigates the interplay between post-liberal ideology, technocratic governance, and the erosion of strategic agency in Europe.
