Ulrich Gunter is a Full Professor of Tourism Economics at the School of Tourism and Service Management of Modul University Vienna and Dean of the Graduate Degree Programs. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Vienna. Ulrich obtained his Venia Docendi from Modul University Vienna in 2017. He is a Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of THS of the IIF. In addition, he is a Member of the Executive Council of the IATE. His main research interests are in tourism economics, forecasting, applied econometrics, sharing economy, as well as sustainability in tourism and beyond.
